How long does it take for my bike to ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Poseidon bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a protected box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a professional safety check by a local bike mechanic before your first ride.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unridden bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your frames?
Poseidon Bike provides a limited lifetime warranty on all framesets for the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Which size bike should I choose?
Sizing varies by model and your specific measurements. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page based on height and inseam to ensure you get the most comfortable fit.
