Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the bicycle or components in their original factory box, ensuring all protective padding and small parts are included to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Poseidon
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
